As head of wellbeing I am responsible for the design, development and delivery of wellbeing programs for our clients at Scaleup Valley. This is not only includes the establishment of a strong foundation of wellbeing knowledge & practices, but the enablement of every individual, manager, and leader across the organisation to perform sustainably at pace, through people-first behaviours. My mission is to inspire leaders to take control of their health and wellbeing to promote improved personal and team performance. My dream is to make health and wellbeing something that’s achievable, attainable and a priority for every leader, every team, every company, from every walk of the journey. I help scaleup leaders, corporates, senior executives, business owners, and entire workforces to reduce stress and be more productive by designing science-based strategic nutrition, mental and lifestyle programs.
I am very passionate about entrepreneurship and have worked with more than 5000 entrepreneurs over the last 16 years in business incubation. I founded MAD Incubator and co-founded two organizations - E3Hubs (SEA) and Scaleup Valley (Europe), two highly entrepreneurial entities which act as my platforms in coaching, mentoring, incubating and nurturing entrepreneurs.
Alex Casanovas is the creative force and storyteller behind the Scale Up Valley Podcast, with over 300 episodes and an audience of 50,000+ plays since 2018. With a heart rooted in journalism, Alex developed his career working in marketing in Cardiff, UK. Now, Alex is based in Barcelona. He keeps nurturing his passion, crafting content and producing engaging conversations with extraordinary leaders, inviting listeners to explore the magic of storytelling while connecting with great minds.
Miguel, the Director of Sales & Customer Success at ScaleUp Valley, is a professional with a rich background in international key account management and operations. With a diverse experience, Miguel has played a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering customer success in the numerous sectors. At ScaleUp Valley, Miguel leads the Sales & Customer Success team, leveraging his extensive expertise to optimize sales performance and operational efficiency for the company's clients. His strategic insights and hands-on approach have been instrumental in expanding businesses. Prior to joining ScaleUp Valley, Miguel served in various leadership roles, including as an Executive Advisor of Sales and Operations at Nutriva, where he spearheaded strategic initiatives to align sales and operational functions with organizational goals. He also managed international key accounts and initiated growth strategies across diverse industries, contributing to streamlined operations and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Farah Hussein is a marketing & PR professional with 3 years of experience crafting and executing data-driven strategies that deliver measurable results. She is skilled in identifying growth opportunities, analyzing market trends, and developing targeted messaging to elevate brands and achieve key objectives. Farah's expertise in strategic planning ensures that campaigns not only capture attention but also achieve tangible business outcomes.
Nour Ahmed is a dynamic marketing professional with a strong background in digital marketing and social media management. She holds a BA in Mass Communication from the University of Bedfordshire in the UK and earned a certificate for completing several Digital Marketing and Entrepreneurship course modules. Nour graduated in the top 10 of her class from MSA University with highest honors. As an entrepreneur and filmmaker, she runs her own small business, providing her with firsthand insights into business operations and digital marketing scaling strategies. Nour is dedicated to leveraging her skills to drive impactful marketing initiatives. Her creativity, strategic mindset, dedication and diverse experiences make her an invaluable asset to Scale Up Valley.
Nehal Mohamed is a skilled professional with a robust educational background, pursuing a Masters in Political Science and a dual B.A. in Languages from University of Bedfordshire and MSA University. She has worked as an Executive Assistant at the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Centre of MSA University, where she managed administrative tasks, organized meetings, and assisted in the preparation of accreditation documents. Fluent in Arabic and English, Nehal is proficient in data analysis, social media management, and digital marketing. Known for her strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, she is a proactive and adaptable professional committed to contributing to Scaleup Valley by creating a productive and friendly environment as an Executive Assistant.
Ahmed brings a unique blend of passion, patience, and meticulous analysis to his role at Scaleup Valley as an SDR. With a deep commitment to driving business growth, Ahmed excels in identifying and nurturing opportunities that align perfectly with client needs. We want to make our Leadership Teams independent and let them fly alone when they are ready. Usually the time to leave home is after 18-24 months. Though in some cases we are still involved on a quarterly basis for a longer period of time.
We are incredibly grateful to be able to have much better odds than the market. Only .04% of the businesses get to $100M. We have an average higher than 1 in each 2 companies we work with.
Yes, when we believe in a CEO, we are happy to offer a tailor made solution of 1:1 Coaching, starting with a 2h workshop with coaching sessions every 14 days. This is very exclusive as our coaches have limited capacity.
We have started in tech, more specifically, with SaaS and VC backed businesses. Today we have experience in tech (VC and non VC backed ventures) and we are sector agnostic as our methodology has been providing results to multiple clients in multiple industries. Recently we have expanded to HVAC as an example.
We help you achieve the numbers of revenue and profitability that allow you to have interest from the best investor. Though we don’t provide those services. Happy to do informal intros to the companies we work with as we know them and we believe that they are investable.
We are at your side every single week, facilitating the weekly Executive meetings and having 1:1s with every single member of the Leadership Team. The majority share advice, but let you execute and go away. We are there to be accountable for the financial results with you.
Our Premium ScaleUp Program starts at $30k per quarter and we expect to work together for at least 4-6 quarters. We are happy to have the option to decide if we want to continue until the end of the first 90 days.
